What's new on VoteColorado
New questions, official wording, new pages and other changes, newest first. When we fix something that was wrong, it goes on the corrections page instead.
Oct. 30, 2026
- New pages. Every county, school and special district question has its own page, with its ballot number, who put it on the ballot, its sources, and the official ballot wording where we have it. A measure on several counties' ballots, like Front Range Passenger Rail's 7A, gets one page that lists each county. See it
- New pages. The Towns page is now Local. One search box finds a city, town, county, district or topic, and county, school and district questions are listed on the page with city and town questions. See it
- Coverage. Added 23 county, school and special district questions from Arapahoe, Denver, Eagle, Pitkin, Huerfano, Custer, Ouray, Montrose, Yuma and Delta counties, each from the county's sample ballot or TABOR notice. Added Kit Carson County, whose ballot carries Burlington RE-6J's 5D.
- Official wording. Official ballot wording for 46 more city and town questions, copied from county TABOR notices, sample ballots and town documents, each linked to its page in the PDF. 48 of 113 city and town questions show it.
- Official wording. Official ballot wording for 93 of the 112 county, school and district questions, copied from county sample ballots, TABOR notices and ballot lists.
- Ballot details. Each city and town question shows its ballot number and who put it on the ballot: the town council or a citizen petition. Question pages say whether the question is confirmed in an official document or still awaiting confirmation.
- Ballot details. A short guide to ballot terms: ballot issue and ballot question, referred measures, initiatives and referendums, and what the letter and number on each question mean. It's on the Local page and in the Voting FAQ. See it
- Ballot details. Lists of a county's school and district questions now say they show what the county has posted online so far. Your sample ballot may list more.
- Money figures. Money figures for Alamosa 2A ($2.5 million), Gypsum 2A (2026 spending of $29.7 million) and Pueblo's current 3.7% sales tax, from Alamosa County's ballot, Eagle County's TABOR notice and Pueblo's Aug. 10, 2026 council packet.
